Gluten free besan flour
This fabulous gluten free besan flour is locally grown in growing regions of the Darling Downs and Northern NSW and comes from ground chick peas. Besan flour is popular in curries, desserts and breads and can also be used as a substitute for wheat flour in most dishes, cakes and tortillas. Besan flour is a great binder for vegetables and is great in fritters and patties.
