Gluten free, dairy free and egg free muffin mix
These delicious gluten free muffins are perfect for a quick and easy to make lunchbox addition. Not only are they gluten, dairy and egg free, but they have 50% less sugar than standard gluten free muffin mixes as well :-)
Ingredients: gluten free flours (maize starch, maize, rice, tapioca starch), brown sugar, polydextrose (fibre), apple pieces (5%) (SO2 free), vegetable oil (RSPO IP certified), raising agents (575, 501ii, 450), cinnamon, thickeners (xanthan gum (415), cellulose (464, 466)), natural apple flavour.
To Make Cake: Add water, margarine and 2 eggs (or replacer).
