"These are yum! Easy to bake. I used Orgran egg replacer as an egg alternative. Taste amazing but are a little bit sticky. I would recommend using patty cases inside the muffin tray if planning on using them for lunchbox treats. Cinnamon flavour is stronger than apple flavour but I didn’t mind that at all. Ingredients: gluten free flours (maize starch, maize, rice, tapioca starch), brown sugar, polydextrose (fibre), apple pieces (5%) (SO2 free), vegetable oil (RSPO IP certified), raising agents (575, 501ii, 450), cinnamon, thickeners (xanthan gum (415), cellulose (464, 466)), natural apple flavour.
To make: Add water, margarine and 2 eggs (or replacer).
