Well & Good Meringue Mix makes 25 generous sized vegan meringues. It's a quick and easy fail proof way to make meringues and plant based layered pavlovas.
Ingredients: sugar (sugar, tapioca starch), potato flour, tapioca dextrin, natural flavours, guar gum, iodised salt, sodium acid pyrophosphate.
To Make: To 40g meringue mix add 300 sugar (included) and 200mls ice cold water.
