We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread has a shelf life of 8 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse - please choose express shipping if you purchase this product). It's also suitable to be re-frozen.
Ingredients: corn starch, modified starches (gmo free corn & tapioca), seeds (12.2%) (linseed, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds), filtered water, potato starch, vegetable oil (canola, palm), brown sugar, fresh yeast, organic psylliuum husk, methyl cellulose, glucono delta lactone, iodised sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, vinegar, xanthan gum, mono di glycerides, invert sugar, flaxseed flour, buckwheat flour, organic spirulina.
Allergen Statement: Contains yeast. Baked in an environment where nuts may be present.
