Well and Good Pastry Flour is a quality gluten free flour for making shortcrust and puff pastry, as well as pasta such as fettuccine, spaghetti and gnocchi. 

Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, dextrose monohydrate, modified starch (tapioca, corn),  thickeners (xanthan gum, 466, 464, 461), sugar, psyllium husk, iodised salt, vegetable emulsifier (471), natural colour (turmeric).

Allergen Statement: The Well and Good gluten free food production plant is one of the few in Australia dedicated to allergy free food production. It was created solely to develop food products free from the following commonly known allergens: gluten, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell fish and soy.
