Make any flavour muffin you like with this Well and Good Muffin Mix. You can use any type of fruit, dried fruit or even chocolate chips! Yum!
Ingredients: sugar, potato flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, maltodextrin, modified tapioca starch, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), nature flavour, vegetable gum (xanthan), emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl lactylate), sea salt, natural colour (beta carotene).
To make: Add 2 eggs, oil, water and optional filling (eg. fruit, choc chips).
To make 97% fat free muffins: Add 3 eggs, water and low fat filling of choice.
To make waffles: Add margarine, golden syrup and water.
