An artisan bread that has a crusty exterior and soft interior. This is an unsliced loaf which has been par-baked so that all you need to do it pop it in the oven to finish the cooking process.

We receive the bread frozen and store in the freezer until shipped to maintain freshness. This bread is par-baked and uses gas-flushed packaging which gives it an extended shelf life of 20 days after thawing (which will be the day it leaves our warehouse - you may like to choose express shipping if you purchase this product). You can rejuvenate this bread like magic by baking it in a 180°C oven for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients: corn starch, thickeners (non gmo modified tapioca and corn starch, methylcellulose, xanthan gum), water, seven seed mix (12%)(sunflower seeds, linseeds, millet seeds, nigella seeds, poppy seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds), potato starch, vegetable oil (from canola, palm), yeast, sugar, psyllium husk, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulators (glucono delta lactone), iodised salt, buckwheat flour, flaxseed flour, vinegar, vegetable emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), spirulina.

Perfect with soup

The 'WELL & GOOD BAKE AT HOME ARTISAN LOAF 7 SEEDS' is such a fresh, tasty and spongy loaf to enjoy. I enjoyed having it with my piping hot soup in the evenings.

This is the BEST bread I have EVER eaten! and it’s GF DF VG perfect! Vegemite on toast is back on the menu lol.
Cook, slice and freeze! Easy!

This brand has a reputation for great taste with allergy-safety. They've done it again here - the par-bake bread is lovely for a day or even 2 after baking. Best served with a yummy dinner :D
