We like these, but the cinnamon can be a little overpowering (note: I am not a huge cinnamon fan to start though!). We tend to mix these with a pack of the berry and have apple, berry and cinnamon, yummo. The sachets are super easy to prepare and easy to pack for trips away.
THANK YOU. A good flavoured and single served hot brekkie that I can grab on the go. I have only been CF & LF for 11mths, possibly triggered by stress but the gene was always there( mum Ulcerative Colitis and Sister Chron's, and Mums sisters also have either or with cousins various forms of IBS). So at 50 went life went a little pear shape with work and family illness, to redo menus just for me ( not all at home willing to change) this is another easy beautiful help for a shift worker who also travels a lot.
