Use this Orgran Gluten Substitute in your homemade gluten free flour blends to mimic the protein found in wheat. Add 1 part Gluten Free Substitute to 5 parts of any combination of gluten free flours for perfect results.

Ingredients: rice flour, maize starch, yellow pea flour, vegetable gum (stabilisers): methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum. emulisifier: vegetable derived monoglycerides.
