Gluten free cupcake mix
350g pack including dry cupcake mix and icing mix.
These yummy vanilla cupcakes are gluten free and have no added sugar. Indulge in a treat without the guilt.
Ingredients: resistant starch, non-gmo erythritol, isomalto-oligosaccharide (tapioca fibre), rice flour, polydextrose, soluble corn fibre, non-gmo xylitol, naturally coloured rainbow sprinkles (4.3%) (manufacturer won't give us ingredients list on these - sorry!), corn flour, thickener 1442, baking powder (raising agents 500, 575), natural vanilla flavour, steviol glycosides (stevia), monk fruit extract.
This product contains xylitol and may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
To make cupcakes cakes: Add 1 egg, 40g butter or dairy free spread and 4 tbsps of milk or milk alternative.
To make icing: Add 70g of butter or dairy free spread and 2 tbsps milk (you can leave the milk out if making dairy free).
