Each pack of this delightful lupin pancake mix by My Provincial Kitchen makes two generous batches of gluten free pancakes. May also be made into crepes or waffles. Serve warm and enjoy with fruit and maple syrup.
Ingredients: gluten free lupin flour (wholemeal lupin flour (24%), maize starch, tapioca, brown rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt), almond meal, baking soda.
Allergen Statement: Contains tree nuts (almond) and lupin.
To Make: To 200g pancake mix add 1 egg and 250mls milk of choice.
