Ingredients: gluten free lupin flour (wholemeal lupin flour (9%), maize starch, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt), almond meal, rapadura sugar, flaked almond, desiccated coconut 

Allergen Statement: Contains lupin and almonds (tree nut).

To Make: Add 60g rce malt syrup or preferred sweetener, 40g coconut oil) and 2mls water.
