Lotus Guar Gum 100g

Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, soy free and vegan guar gum

Lotus Guar Gum is used to replace gluten in baking, a similar result to xanthan gum but corn free. Combine it with a gluten free flour when cooking breads, cakes, biscuits and muffins to thicken, stabilise and emulsify.
