Gluten free and organic chia pudding mix
This quick and easy Chef's Choice Chia Pudding Mix is easy to make for a healthy gluten free breakfast, lunch or snack. Simply add the mix and liquid into a bowl and stir until the chia seeds are all coated in liquid. Refrigerate for 4 - 8 hours or overnight.
Ingredients: organic chia seeds, organic raw sugar, vanilla flavour.
To Make: Add 1½ cups of liquid (milk and cream, milk or dairy free milk).
