This mix is somewhat like a crumpet and has a flat top, porous texture but it is not like other crumpets as it is wheat free. This is a delicious, very low carb and high protein bread that you can make in only 90 seconds. Whack it in a greased cup with an egg and microwave for 30 seconds. You can also add in mix ins like fruit or sugar free chocolate chips.
Ingredients: almond meal, linseed, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, chia seeds, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid.
