Gluten free, wheat free and dairy free pizza base mix

This mix is super easy to make and really yummy! Top with your favourite gluten free toppings and enjoy delicious home made pizza in a flash.


Mix: whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain millet flour, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum (E415), sea salt, guar gum (E412).

Yeast: yeast, sorbitan monostearate (491), ascorbic acid (300).

Allergen Statement: Contains yeast. Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy and sesame seeds.

To Make: Add water, 2 eggs - or egg replacer, olive oil and yeast (enclosed).
