This mix is especially designed for those sensitive to gluten, but will be enjoyed by everyone. This moist, flavourful bread is ideal for sandwiches, toast, bread crumbs, croutons, and other dishes that start with a basic loaf of bread.
Ingredients: Bread Mix: whole grain sorghum flour, potato starch, cornstarch, pea protein powder, tapioca flour, sugar, xanthan gum (415), sea salt, guar gum (412). Yeast Packet: yeast, sorbitan monostearate (491), ascorbic acid (300).
Allergen Statement: Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.
To Make: Add water, eggs (1 whole and 3 egg whites) - or egg replacer, butter or vegetable oil, and yeast (included).
