This instant potato mash makes mashed potatoes a reality on crazy busy nights, plus it's low carb. May also be used to make gnocchi, savoury pancakes, croquettes, shepherds pie, fritters, pies or pastry. Each pack makes 1kg of mash.
Ingredients: potato flakes (50%), ground Australian lupin (50%).
To make: Add water and cook for 5 minutes.
