This little box of low carb goodness is so easy to make into crackers - simply add water and bake. Great in lunchboxes too because they have no nuts in the ingredients.

Why didn’t I make them earlier?

These sat in my cupboard for months for the lamest reasons. Finally made them yesterday and they are ridiculously easy to make. I’ve still got a full box of crackers but I’m here to buy more! Crackery enough to use as crackers but I even enjoyed having with soup because they weren’t too thin.

This mix is so simple and quick to make. The crackers are crisp and crunchy, perfect with a cheese platter, dips etc. will definitely be buying them again.
