By Tracey Davidson - Adventure Snacks
One of the great brands we stock at Happy Tummies is Adventure Snacks!
I love this brand because know Tracey who started Adventure Snacks. She's passionate about helping busy mums find quick and easy solutions for lunchboxes made with quality products. Adventure Snacks are nut free too, with gluten free options so there's something for everyone :-)
I asked Tracey to show us how versatile her mixes are - you can just make them up as instructed on the pack, or change them up to suit your family. For this recipe Tracey has taken her super popular Adventure Snacks Sweet Potato & Zucchini Muffin Mix and made it into a loaf.
This would be great for lunchboxes or afternoon tea too. You can also freeze it making your morning lunchbox prep fast!

About Adventure Snacks
Tracey launched Adventure Snacks at the end of 2014, with a range of natural, organic make-at-home mixes which are both nutritious and kid-friendly. She came up with the idea when her son was a toddler and snacking all the time.
Tracey developed a keen interest in food and started getting educated on what was really in the food on the shelves - and was quite horrified! But, being a working mum, she found she didn’t always have the time, or all the ingredients needed to make the healthier versions she found online.
So she took the leap and started Adventure Snacks as a way to help other busy parents to make better snacks for their kids. The make-at-home mixes all contain natural wholefood ingredients and absolutely no nasties - and they are quick and easy to make which is exactly what busy mums need!
